经与陕西省水利学会协商,由陕西省水利学会勘测设计专业委员会举办的水利勘察设计单位改企改制研讨会10月16日在我院举行。陕西省水工程勘察规划院、西安、咸阳、渭南、汉中、安康、宝鸡、商洛七个地市院以及我院等共50多人参加了研讨会。会议邀请原建设部政策法规司处长、现北京鼎业律师事务所律师、中国勘察设计协会常年法律顾问郭家汉律师就改企改制问题进行了主讲。会上,郭家汉律师就以下内容作了详细讲
After consultation with Shaanxi Provincial Water Conservancy Society, the Symposium on the Reform of Enterprise System for Hydraulic Reconnaissance and Design organized by Survey and Design Professional Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Hydraulic Engineering was held in our hospital on October 16. Shaanxi Province Water Engineering Investigation and Planning Institute, Xi’an, Xianyang, Weinan, Hanzhong, Ankang, Baoji, Shangluo seven cities and hospitals and a total of more than 50 people attended the seminar. The meeting invited the former Ministry of Construction Policy and Regulation Division, now lawyers Beijing Dingye Law Firm, China Survey and Design Association perennial legal counsel Guo Jiahan lawyer on the reform of state-owned enterprises conducted a keynote speech. At the meeting, Guo Jiahan lawyer made the following details
