乡镇干部队伍素质如何,是影响农村社会经济发展的一个重要因素。为了了解乡镇干部在自身建设方面的基本情况,最近,我校对乡镇领导干部进修班的47名学员进行了调查。本调查设置了“乡镇领导干部自身建设中存在的主要不足和问题是什么”一题,并列出了10个方面的问题,供乡镇领导干部按照自己认定的次序排列。结果,列前五位的依次是:①真抓实干,工作效率;②理论修养,知识水平;③开拓创新;④联系群众,为人民服务;⑤领导艺术和方法。上述答案,是乡镇干部对自身问题和不足的自我认识、自我评价,我们从中可或多或少获得有益的信息和启示。一是把抓与干的问题列为第一位,乡镇干部在组织、领导农业与农村经济工作中存在着官僚主义、形式主义且已发展到比较严重的程度。抓而不紧,干而不实,工作无效率或效率低下,表面看是工作间题,实际上是
The quality of township cadres is an important factor that affects the social and economic development in rural areas. In order to understand the basic situation of township cadres in their own construction, recently, we conducted a survey of 47 trainees in the township leading cadre training class. This survey has set the question of “what are the major problems and problems in the construction of township leading cadres themselves?” And listed 10 questions for the township leading cadres to arrange in accordance with their own order of determination.
