随着轻工业、机器制造业的日益发展,机械加工中工模具数量增加,淬火钢零件所占比例逐渐扩大,如何高效而又经济地加工淬火钢工件,是值得研究的课题。过去传统观念认为,磨削是加工淬火钢的唯一工艺。磨削虽然可以获得高精度和低表面粗糙度的工件,但是这种工艺有生产效率低加工费用高,有时表面质量不够理想等缺点,现在随着各种特种刀具的发展、淬火钢有可能应用车削工艺进行加工。本文即研究如何用硬质合金车刀切削淬火高速钢,研究切削淬火钢车刀的合理几何参数、切削用量、加工后的表面质量以及切削机理等问题,现将有关试验研究情况,提供如下,供读者参考。
