新形势下,高校基层党组织作为大学生思想政治教育工作的重要阵地,对学生管理工作起到了至关重要的作用。本文在结合新形势下高校基层党组织发展特点的基础上,简要分析了基层党组织学生管理工作中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了构建“以人为本”的学生工作管理模式;深化学生思想政治教育工作;建立并完善学生党员发展的规范化机制等方面的建议,旨在为完善高校基层党组织学生管理工作提供有价值的新思路。
Under the new situation, grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities, as an important front for ideological and political education for college students, play a crucial role in student management. Based on the characteristics of the development of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities under the new situation, this article briefly analyzes the existing problems in the management of grass-roots party organizations, and puts forward some suggestions on how to build a “people-oriented” student work management model. Student ideological and political education work; to establish and perfect the standardization mechanism of the development of student party members and other aspects of the proposal, aimed at improving the management of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities to provide valuable new ideas.
