目的检测不同类型的胃癌病灶组织Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2表达情况,并探讨Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2表达与胃癌发展的相关性。方法选择2011年6月-2012年5月确诊为胃癌的患者80例(T1、T2、T3和T4胃癌患者分别有20例),以20例健康志愿者为对照组。采用免疫组化检测所有患者胃粘膜组织Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2表达情况,并计算阳性率。结果观察组Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2阳性率显著高于对照组(T=24.69,P=0.000;T=22.63,P=0.000;T=16.95,P=0.000)。随着胃癌浸润程度增加,Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2阳性率也增加。结论胃癌病灶组织Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2表达与胃癌浸润程度具有正相关性。
Objective To detect the expression of Rhoc, Ki-67 and Bcl-2 in different types of gastric cancer and to investigate the correlation between the expression of Rhoc, Ki-67 and Bcl-2 and the development of gastric cancer. Methods Totally 80 patients diagnosed with gastric cancer from June 2011 to May 2012 were selected (20 cases of T1, T2, T3 and T4 gastric cancer respectively), and 20 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Rhoc, Ki-67 and Bcl-2 in gastric mucosa of all patients and the positive rate was calculated. Results The positive rates of Rhoc, Ki-67 and Bcl-2 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (T = 24.69, P = 0.000; T = 22.63, P = 0.000; T = 16.95, P = 0.000). With the increase of gastric cancer infiltration, the positive rates of Rhoc, Ki-67 and Bcl-2 also increased. Conclusion The expressions of Rhoc, Ki-67 and Bcl-2 in gastric cancer tissue are positively correlated with the degree of gastric cancer infiltration.
