Reported the application of nasal septal cartilage composite graft for tracheal-laryngeal stenosis in patients with laryngeal tracheal reconstruction of 16 cases obtained satisfactory results. Male 10, female 6 The age is 19 ~ 66 years old. Stenosis included blunt contusion in 7 cases, laryngotracheal tube injury in 6 cases, thermal injury plus intubation in 1 case, and semilunctomy in 2 cases.
