统计局公布2012上半年经济数据,二季度GDP同比增长7.6%,创13个季度新低;上半年GDP增长7.8%,3年来首次破8。经济探底的迹象非常明显。与那些老牌资本主义国家动辄几百年的经济运行周期不同,改革开放后的中国一直在走上升通道,还没有经历过一个由盛而衰的完整周期,对于目前的波动,别说大多是毛头小伙的基金经理,即便是那些白手起家见多识广的企业主也是前所未闻。少见才会多怪,但不必恐慌,世事总有两面性,谁说衰退就全是坏处?
