新课标要求教学要培养学生的创新能力,激发学生兴趣,灵活运用知识解决问题。《论语》中说:“举一隅,不以三隅反,则不复也。”然而初中数学教学中采用的“题海战术”往往讲究的是以多制胜,对于题型之间的关联性并不十分注重,这就导致一些同学能够解题,但是不懂得举一反三地进行发散式思考。因此在初中数学教学中,教师需要灵活使用变式教学的方式引导学生,培养他们的自学能力、探究和分析能力。变式教学为我国初中数学课堂的转型提供了一条有效途径。
