1997年11月1日,第八届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十八次会议通过了《中华人民共和国节约能源法》共六章五十条。同日,以中华人民共和国主席令第90号予以公布,自1998年1月1日起施行。本刊现将《节能法》中与设备、能源、节能管理密切相关的条款摘选转载,供各级设备、能源管理人员工作中遵照执行。
On November 1, 1997, the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People’s Congress passed six chapters and 50 articles on “Energy Conservation Law of the People’s Republic of China.” On the same day, it was promulgated by Order No. 90 of the President of the People’s Republic of China and came into force on January 1, 1998.
