一、概述西安市混凝土构件厂,生产240混凝土预应力多孔板,因钢筋不够长需用手动对焊机焊接10个接头,接成37米长的一根钢筋,再搬到现场,用4个机械夹头连接成120米长的钢筋,整个过程费力、费时、效率低。现将手动对焊机改成为钢筋自动对焊小车,使手工劳动实现了自动化。焊接小车操作简便,成本低、质量好、效率高,也便于搬动,可在高层建筑中使用。采用的焊接工艺是闪光对焊和预热闪光焊。钢筋直径为12~25毫米时,采用连续闪光焊,钢筋直径大于25毫米时,应采用预热闪光焊。
I. Outline Xi’an Concrete Component Factory, which produces 240 concrete prestressed perforated plates. Because the steel bar is not long enough, it needs to weld 10 joints with a manual butt welder, connect it into a 37-meter-long steel bar, and then move it to the site with 4 pieces. The mechanical chucks are connected to 120-meter-long steel bars. The entire process is laborious, time consuming, and inefficient. The manual welding machine will now be changed into a steel bar automatic welding robot, which will automate manual labor. The welding trolley is easy to operate, low in cost, good in quality, and high in efficiency. It is also easy to move and can be used in high-rise buildings. The welding processes used are flash butt welding and preheat flash welding. When the bar diameter is 12 to 25 mm, continuous flash welding is used. When the bar diameter is more than 25 mm, preheat flash welding should be used.
