目前,国内进口的卡玛斯55111型自卸汽车广泛应用在土石方工程中,使用中不少车辆上的液压泵容易发生故障。因此,有些单位改用国产的CB—46型东风自卸汽车用的液压泵（CB—46型泵的装配尺寸与此基本相同）,有些单位为修理原车液压泵,因不了解该泵的结构,在拆卸中将泵损坏,故失去了修理的作用。现将我们的一些体会介绍如下:1 卡玛斯55111型自卸液压泵的特点 该泵为齿轮泵,其型号为HIII32A—JI,工作压力为16.68MPa,流量为0～68.6L/min,转速为2400r/min。该泵具有如下特点:泵的内部设有安全卸荷装置;根据油腔的压力可调整齿轮的端隙,以保证油腔的压力;
