我叫马洪新,是大连第一建筑工程公司一工区砖工组的付班长。八六年我们这个青一色的年轻人砖工组,在劳动竞赛中赢得了进京参观学习的资格。在众多兄弟班组的羡慕中登上了徐徐开动的列车。母庸置疑,我们是幸运的,但大家感到更多的是,理想与汗水的辨证。是啊,望着窗外那鳞次栉比的楼房,望着人们住上新房的喜悦,望着建筑工人用汗水创造出的沸腾的建筑生活,一种自豪感在我心底油然而生。我所从事的是一项伟大的、无私的、壮丽的事业!可是又有谁知道,这点认识对我来说却是来之不易的。
