为了考察甘肃省栽培的黄岑质量,通过形态解剖、薄层和液相色谱分析等方法,与野生品作了比较。显示二者的外观与化学组分无明显差异,所含黄芩甙量也均达到药典规定的标准,为发展黄芩人工栽培,解决野生资源不足,提供可信依据。
In order to investigate the quality of the cultivated Huang Cen in Gansu Province, the morphological, anatomical, TLC and liquid chromatographic methods were compared with those of wild plants. Showing no significant difference between the appearance and chemical composition of the two, the amount of baicalin contained in the Pharmacopoeia also meet the standards set for the development of artificial cultivation of Scutellaria, to address the lack of wild resources, to provide credible basis.
