慢性前列腺炎是男性中青年常见病,目前,虽有多种治疗方法但效果并不满意。我院于1990年7月以来采用经肛门直肠灌注中药及微波治疗慢性前列腺炎50例,取得满意疗效,报告如下。 1 资料与方法:本组50例,年龄19岁～56岁,平均32.4岁。病程2月～5年,其中腰骶部及会阴部疼痛42例,排尿不尽、排尿痛、尿频及尿道有分泌物38例,性功能减退7例,不育5例。前列腺不同程度肿胀及触痛48例。前列腺液检查WSC++++/HP 17例,+++/HP 8例,++/HP 14例,+/HP 11例,其中38例有+～++++/HP的脓细胞,卵磷脂小体均减少或消失。42例做前列腺液培养,其中表皮葡萄球菌>5000/m23例,金黄色葡萄球菌>5000/ml例。大肠
