本文采用放射免疫法对17例正常新生儿和15例生后有窒息的新生儿进行了脐血心钠素(ANP)浓度的测定。结果发现:正常新生儿脐血心钠素浓度(233.89±65.91pg/ml)较成人为高,窒息组新生儿脐血心钠素浓度(481.22±89.01pg/ml)明显高于对照组,两者比较有极显著差异(p<0.001)。说明正常新生儿生后即具有高水平的ANP;胎儿缺氧可使血浆ANP水平显著增高。
In this paper, radioimmunoassay of cord blood atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) concentrations in 17 cases of normal newborns and 15 cases of newborn asphyxia after birth were measured. The results showed that the concentration of cord blood atrial natriuretic peptide (233.89 ± 65.91 pg / ml) in normal neonates was higher than that in adults, and the cord blood atrial natriuretic peptide concentration in neonatal asphyxia group was significantly higher than that of neonatal cord blood (481.22 ± 89.01 pg / ml) The control group, the two have very significant differences (p <0.001). That the normal newborn after birth has a high level of ANP; fetal hypoxia can significantly increase plasma ANP levels.
