高职院校是我国人才重要培养基地所在。本文从探讨高职院校思想政治教育工作的特点研究的重要意义出发,从时代的角度具体对研究的重要性和重要地位做了系统的论述分析。而后笔者又就人才培养方面,社会关注方面,学生素质建设方面三个方向的思想政治教育工作特点做了系统的展开和论述。最后,针对未来高职院校学生思想政治工作发展趋势的问题,笔者做了观点性和理论性的论述分析。
Higher vocational colleges are the important training base for talents in our country. Based on the significance of the research on the characteristics of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this paper systematically analyzes the importance and importance of the research from the perspective of the times. Then I made a systematic discussion on the characteristics of ideological and political education in three aspects of personnel training, social concern, and student quality construction. Finally, in view of the future development of ideological and political work in higher vocational college students, the author made a point of view and theoretical analysis.
