目的了解营养知识宣教对改善学生营养性贫血的作用。方法在血红蛋白9~11g/dl范围内、7~12岁小学生随机抽取90名分为实验组(45例)、对照组(45例),对实验组学生家长进行营养知识宣教而对照组家长不宣教。30d后观察两组学生饮食改善情况及血色素指标改善情况;血红蛋白测定采用氰化高铁法。结果实验后胃纳情况、贫血症状、挑食、偏食现象、血色素指标实验组与对照组均比以前有所好转或提高,而实验组改善更为明显,两组相比差别有显著性。结论加强营养知识宣教,增强学生及家长合理膳食观念是改善学生营养性贫血的关键。
Objective To understand the effect of nutrition knowledge mission on improving nutritional anemia in students. Methods Hemoglobin 9 ~ 11g / dl range, 7 to 12-year-old primary school students randomly selected 90 were divided into experimental group (45 cases), control group (45 cases) Missionary. After 30 days, the improvement of diet and the improvement of hemoglobin were observed in both groups. The hemoglobin was measured by cyanidation method. Results After the experiment, the appetite, anemia symptom, picky eaters, partial eclipse phenomenon, hemoglobin index in experimental group and control group were better than before, but the improvement in experimental group was more obvious. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The key to improving nutrition anemia is to strengthen nutrition knowledge education and enhance students ’and their parents’ reasonable dietary concepts.
