我科自1985～1998年，应用5-氟脲嘧啶（5－Fu），行喉腔内瘤体注射，治疗12例喉乳头状瘤，效果满意。12例中男7例，女5例，年龄最小3岁，最大65岁，10岁以下5例。病史最长7年，最短2个月。病变位于声带7例。宝带2例，喉室3例。病变类型属多发融合型者8例。临床主要症状为声吸6?
