随着当今社会的不断发展与进步,在对于人才的需求方面呈现了多样化的趋势。高职院校的学生是适应社会生产、管理、建设需求的专业性人才。是社会进步、国家发展所需要的基础人才,在社会中是重要的人才资源。近年来随着职业教育的不断发展,社会形势的不断变化,在高职中对于加强学生的思想教育工作是至关重要的举措。高职学生的价值观念、精神思想和道德观念是目前需要关注的主要方面。加强高职学生的思想政治教育,为社会的发展培养多方面的人才。
With the continuous development and progress of today’s society, there are various trends in the demand for talent.
