2015年7月,黑龙江省科学院石油化学研究院、技术物理所和航天科工二〇七所就三方共建电磁等功能材料联合实验室签署了合作协议,实验室将以石化院为主工作场所并挂牌组建“联合实验室”。三方建立联合实验室的主要目的是适应新材料和先进制造科学技术的发展需要,发挥石化院在特种胶黏剂、基体树脂等方面的科研技术优势,以及航天二〇七所在电磁领域的龙头作用和技术物理所在“高能化学”特色学科方面的基础理论优势,整合三方优势资源,提升联合实验室在先进结构材料、复合材料和功能材料等领域的竞争力。
