在湘水之滨的百年名校周南中学,有这样一个特殊的群体——新疆班。我有幸被学校任命为第十届新疆班的班主任。上任伊始,我诚惶诚恐,自觉责任重大,查阅了学校办班10年的文字资料,也请教了新疆班的历任班主任,总算是一边忐忑不安一边又信心满满地走马上任了。在与这群特殊的孩子相处的过程中,我边学边做边总结经验,备尝艰难,也体验了幸福。和他们相处,引他们成长,我理出三大方向:促进身份认同,贴心私人定制,培养周南气质。
Centennial Zhounan Middle School in the Xiangjiang Waterfront, there is such a special group - Xinjiang classes. I was fortunate enough to be appointed as the head teacher of the tenth Xinjiang class by the school. At the beginning of his term of office, I was in a state of trepidation and conscientiousness. I conscientiously took the responsibility and inspected the 10-year-long written materials of the school-run classes. I also consulted the class teachers who had been in Xinjiang class for a while, and finally took the confidence and taken the confidence. In the process of getting along with these special children, I summed up my experience as I learned and tried hard to experience happiness. And get along with them, lead them to grow, I figure out three major directions: to promote identity, personal intimate custom, cultivate Zhou Nan temperament.
