薄基岩大断面巷道稳定性,与基岩厚度、基岩分层厚度、松散层厚度等自然因素有关,也与巷道宽度及支护有关.本文以大柳塔矿某工作面为背景,采用离散元法(UDEC)进行数值模拟,得到不同地质条件下巷道顶板塑性单元个数.以“顶板不出现塑性单元”作为依据,得到不同情况下的最小基岩安全厚度图表.为神东矿区部分煤矿的薄基岩大断面巷道开挖、支护提供了理论依据.
The stability of the large cross-section tunnel of thin bedrock is related to the natural factors such as bedrock thickness, bedrock stratification thickness and loose layer thickness, and also with the width and support of the roadway.Based on a face of Daliuta mine, (UDEC) was used to simulate the number of plastic elements in the roof of roadway under different geological conditions.The minimum thickness of bedrock in different situations was obtained based on “plastic element without plastic roof” In some coal mines, large-section thin-bedded tunnel excavation and support provide a theoretical basis.
