从目前建设工程实际情况来看,全过程造价控制是不可缺少的组成部分之一,其与建设成各个环节的资金有着直接关系,将其科学、合理地应用于建设工程之中,可以对建设工程各个阶段的资金成本予以严格地控制,避免资金浪费现象发生,降低工程造价,提高建设工程经济效益,为建设单位的良好发展奠定基础。所以,建设工程领域中规范、合理、有效地应用全过程造价控制至关重要。基于此,本文将以分析全过程造价控制展开,就如何基于建设工程实际情况合理应用全过程造价控制予以探讨。
