莲花水电站主厂房上、下游墙如按混凝土支模方法施工,将满足不了1996年发电的工期要求。为此采用了滑模施工技术,经过1995年10月14日至11月14日1个月的施工实践,证明滑模法施工是可行的:施工效率高,速度快,日平均滑升速度为1.5m。同时,经济效益好,与支模板法比较,可节约大量的支、拆费用,并减轻了体力劳动。由于这项技术的运用,就保证了安装间封顶的工期,为首台机组按期发电奠定了坚实基础。
If the upper and downstream walls of the main powerhouse of the Lianhua Hydropower Station are constructed by the concrete formwork method, it will not be able to meet the construction period requirements for 1996. Slipform construction technology was adopted for this purpose. After construction practice for one month from October 14th to November 14th, 1995, it was proved that the sliding mode construction is feasible: the construction efficiency is high, the speed is fast, and the average daily sliding speed is 1.5m. At the same time, the economic benefits are good. Compared with the formwork method, it can save a lot of expenses for support and demolition and reduce manual labor. Due to the application of this technology, the time limit for installation of the top-to-bottom installation is guaranteed, laying a solid foundation for the first unit to generate electricity on schedule.
