过去混凝土冬季施工一般应用早强型引气减水剂,但是,如果在恶劣的环境下不进行初期养护,就达不到设计要求。此外,应用防冻外加剂,大都以氯化物为主要成分,所以,引起了钢筋锈蚀的问题。无氯化物防冻外加剂,在0~-10℃的低温下,用一般模板也不会受冻。另外,用此种外加剂的混凝土,在-10℃的低温下,强度也随令期增长,最后可达到混凝土构筑物所需强度。
In the past, concrete early winter construction was generally applied to early strength type air-entraining water-reducing agent. However, if the initial maintenance is not performed in a hostile environment, the design requirements cannot be met. In addition, the use of antifreeze admixtures, mostly based on chloride as the main component, therefore, caused the corrosion of steel bars. Chloride-free antifreeze admixtures, at the low temperature of 0 to -10°C, will not be subject to freezing with normal templates. In addition, with this admixture of concrete, the strength at the low temperature of -10°C also increases with the order, and finally the required strength of the concrete structure can be achieved.
