对于主箱无同步器的重型商用车AMT而言,在起步及升档过程中,由于转动惯量大,自身减速时间长,满足不了快速换档的要求,需要对离合器从动盘、变速器输入轴、中间轴部分进行制动。为满足快速同步的控制要求,需要增加一套制动装置,本文设计了一种安装于变速器一轴的新型制动器装置,整车试验结果表明该装置性能可靠,响应迅速,完全能够满足AMT的控制要求。
For the AMT, the main commercial vehicle with no synchronizer in the main box, during the starting and upshifting process, due to the large moment of inertia and long deceleration time, it can not meet the requirements of quick shift. The clutch driven plate, transmission input shaft , The middle shaft part of the brake. In order to meet the requirement of rapid synchronization control, a set of braking device is needed. In this paper, a new type of brake device mounted on a shaft of a transmission is designed. The vehicle test results show that the device has reliable performance and fast response and can fully meet the AMT control Claim.
