六、申请权 审计机关的申请权是指审计机关申请人民法院采取保全措施或者强制执行的权力。分为申请法院采取保全措施权和申请法院强制执行权两种权力。采取保全措施权或强制执行权是法院的司法权,不是审计机关的行政权。正是由于审计机关没有这两项权力,所以才要申请法院行使此权。 (一)申请法院采取保全措施权
