2014年12月,阜新日报社航拍工作室成立,这是辽西地区首家具有国家航空管理部门正规审批飞行资质的航拍工作室,可为阜新及周边地区机关、个人提供安全正规的航拍服务。该工作室成员全部在北京参加了由中国航空器拥有者及驾驶员协会(AOPA)组织的为期3个月的无人机驾驶员培训,取得中国航空器拥有者及驾驶员协会(AOPA)颁发的民用无人驾驶航空器系统驾驶员证。
In December 2014, the studio of Aerial Photography Studio was established in Fuxin Daily, which is the first aerial studio in western Liaoning with formal approval of flight qualification by the State Aviation Administration, which can provide safe and regular aerial photography services to institutions and individuals in Fuxin and surrounding areas. The studio members all participated in a three-month drone pilot training organized by China Aircraft Owners and Drivers Association (AOPA) in Beijing and obtained Civilianship from the Chinese Association of Aircraft Owners and Drivers (AOPA) Unmanned aircraft system driver’s license.
