2013年9月国家主席习近平在出访中亚四国的时候,首次提出共建丝绸之路经济带的战略构想。河南在丝绸之路经济带建设中有着独特的地位与作用,不仅与古丝绸之路有着密切的关系,而且可借助郑州航空港经济实验综合区的发展形成地理位置、文化和产业等方面的优势。同时丝绸之路经济带对于新形势下河南经济结构的转型升级,具有极为重要的战略意义。因此,河南要把握好国家丝绸之路经济带战略带来的机遇,以丝绸之路推动河南服务业的发展,为共同构建丝绸之路经济带发挥河南的应有贡献。
In September 2013, when President Xi Jinping visited four countries in Central Asia, President Xi Jinping first proposed the strategic concept of building the Silk Road Economic Belt. Henan has a unique status and role in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt. It not only has close ties with the ancient Silk Road, but also takes advantage of the economic, geographical and cultural advantages of Zhengzhou Airport. At the same time, the Silk Road Economic Belt has an extremely important strategic significance for the transformation and upgrading of Henan’s economic structure under the new situation. Therefore, Henan must seize the opportunity brought by the strategy of the national Silk Road Economic Belt, promote the development of Henan’s service industry through the Silk Road, and make due contributions to jointly building the Silk Road Economic Belt in Henan.
