企业成功与失败,与领导的个人素质有关,更与领导间的配合有关,尤其是厂长与书记间的配合。作为书记,我的体会是,不能只强调对方如何如何,要想达到配合默契,首先要努力提高自己,使自己具有一种对人的影响力。第一,努力提高理论和政策水平,以便在研究决定单位重大问题时,能提出见解,并与厂长共同把握住分寸。第二,努力提高企业管理和业务能力,不断了解和摸索经济活动的普遍性和特殊性,从中掌握规律,发现问题,以便有的放矢地做好思想政治工作。第三,努力提高表达及写作能力,以便更好地宣传企业精神、发展方向、奋斗目标和实施措施。第四,努力提高组织协调力,以便与厂长一起组织好各种会议,协调好各方关系。如果不具备以上这些能力,你就是再想与厂长配合好,也配合不好,因为你根本不可能帮忙帮在点上。另外还应主动适应对方。第
