单位科研经费是开展科研项目的物质基础,也是一个科研单位得以生存和发展的重要保障,对于农业科研院所来说,开展对于科研经项目的经费管理对于充分利用和发挥经费作用具有至关重要的作用,科研经费的财务管理不仅能够提高经费的使用效率,更能够提升科研单位的科研能力。从目前我国的农业科研院所的科研项目经费管理看,还存在着许多突出问题,这些问题不适应单位发展需要,甚至阻碍单位发展。本文通过分析农业科研院所项目经费财务管理现状及问题,并有针对性的提出解决建议,对创新财务管理思路,提高财务管理能力具有重要的借鉴和参考价值。
