疲劳试验中的超载和中断时间都会改变原试件的疲劳寿命。一次或少量的超载能使疲劳寿命增长。而对于旋转弯曲疲劳,周期性的超载往往使疲劳寿命明显降低,中断时间总使疲劳强度提高。在做多级加载和程序加载试验时,很容易在无意中引入超载和中断时间的影响。为减少其影响,针对常用的旋转疲劳试验机,本文介绍一种缓冲辅助加载机构。这种机构原理简单、加工容易、操作简便,能给试验带来方便,并能满足一般试验要求。
Fatigue test overload and interruption time will change the fatigue life of the original specimen. One or a small amount of overload can increase the fatigue life. For rotational bending fatigue, periodic overload tends to significantly reduce the fatigue life, and the interruption time always increases the fatigue strength. In doing multi-stage loading and program loading tests, it is easy to inadvertently introduce the impact of overload and interrupt time. In order to reduce its influence, this paper introduces a buffering auxiliary loading mechanism for the commonly used rotating fatigue testing machine. The principle of this mechanism is simple, easy processing, easy to operate, can bring convenience to the test, and to meet the general test requirements.
