目前用于硬质合金烧结的各种真空炉普遍存在耗电量大,热效率低的问题。本文通过分析探讨,设计了高热效率实用型真空烧结炉。这种炉型用石墨管作筒形结构的加热器,用碳毡作保温装置,以低电源电压工作。结果,烧结炉的高温区长,温度波动和径向温度梯度小,结构紧奏,有效容积比大,使用寿命长,运行可靠。每公斤合金(YG类)烧结耗电量低于1.5度,产品质量稳定。 文中还对进一步节能、真空系统设计的要求、信号检测装置的选择与完善等问题作了简要讨论。
At present, various vacuum furnaces for cemented carbide sintering generally have the problem of large power consumption and low thermal efficiency. In this paper, through analysis and discussion, designed a high thermal efficiency practical vacuum sintering furnace. This type of furnace with a graphite tube heater for the cylinder structure, with carbon felt insulation device to work with low power supply voltage. As a result, the sintering furnace of high temperature zone length, temperature fluctuations and radial temperature gradient is small, compact structure, effective volume ratio, long service life, reliable operation. Per kilogram of alloy (YG) sintering power consumption of less than 1.5 degrees, product quality and stability. The paper also briefly discussed the issues of further energy saving, the design of vacuum system, the selection and improvement of signal detection devices.
