通过浸泡静态腐蚀和电化学试验方法,研究了不同浸泡时间下建筑装饰用Cu-Ni合金的腐蚀行为。结果表明,随着浸泡时间的延长,铜合金的腐蚀速率逐渐降低;铜合金的表面腐蚀膜层的颜色逐渐从紫红色、棕色、黄绿色转变为墨绿色;腐蚀初期的产物主要为Cu_2O,随着腐蚀时间延长过渡为Cu_2O和CuO;继续延长腐蚀时间,腐蚀产物膜层不断增厚,外层腐蚀产物膜中的Cu_2O与溶液中的Cl-发生反应生成Cu_2(OH)_3Cl;致密均匀的腐蚀产物膜层在一定程度上抑制了腐蚀反应的进行,使得腐蚀速率逐渐降低。
The corrosion behavior of Cu-Ni alloy for architectural decoration under different immersion time was studied by means of immersion static corrosion and electrochemical test. The results show that the corrosion rate of copper alloy gradually decreases with the immersion time; the color of the surface corrosion film of copper alloy gradually changes from purple, brown and yellow-green to dark green; the initial corrosion product is mainly Cu_2O, With the extension of the etching time, the Cu_2O and CuO transitions are prolonged.
