在农村推荐优秀共青团员作党的发展对象(简称“推优”)的工作中,我们针对一部分农民党员,主要是党支部一些成员中存在的思想认识方面的问题,从排除思想障碍入手,敞开优秀青年农民入党的大门,取得了较好的效果。我们的主要做法是: 一、破除可有可无思想,变“轻视”为“重视” 1986年,我们对全县农村党、团支部开展“推优”工作的情况进行了一次全面的调查,发现有相当一部分党支部不重视“推优”工作。一方面是有的党支部认为,发展党员与团组织无关,不需要团组织去推荐,在发展团员入党时,不征求团组织的意见;另一方面是有的党支部把“推优”工作看作是团组织的事,长期不过问、不指导,对团组织推荐的入党积极分子不注重培养和发展,一些优秀青年被拒于党的大门之外,致使部分青年丧失
