钙镁磷肥是利用热法生产的一种新型磷肥,一般含磷量是14~18%,并含有12~13%的镁素养分,是一种灰色或暗绿色的粉末,无臭无味.钙镁磷肥的制法简易,用磷矿石、蛇蚊石或橄榄石(也可用白云石加硅石代替)在高温下熔融,经冷却、粉碎、磨细即成.由于钙镁磷肥不需要其它化学品作原料,对矿石成份要求也不严格,生产程序简单,产品成本低廉,因此这种肥料在我国发展很快.由于钙镁磷肥是一种构溶性(微酸溶性)磷肥,宜于微酸性及酸性土壤上施用,一般宜作基肥,也可作种肥或近根条施追肥.钙镁磷肥在石灰性土上的肥效如何,目前试验资料不多,根据1959年河北芦台农场在小麦上试验,肥效等于过磷酸钙的85%.我区去年曾用和钙镁磷肥同属构溶性的脱氟磷肥在灵武农场水稻上和在青铜峡县甜菜上做过试验,肥效良好.至于钙镁磷肥在我区哪些土壤、作物上施用有效,尚待试验鉴定.
