手术室工作中只要有一个细微的差错,就会给患者术后恢复带来麻烦,不利于医疗工作和护理工作的展开。现如今,虽然我国的医疗技术有了很大的提高,但是手术室消毒隔离管理中仍然存在问题。手术室消毒隔离管理中的问题包括手术室人员职业素质不高、器械清洗、包装存在的问题、手术室环境等。为了提高手术室消毒隔离管理质量,其问题的解决措施有加强手术室人员的管理、规范器械的清洗和包装和环境的管理等等。环境的管理包括加强手术室卫生清洁工作和限制人员流动等等。
