肿瘤细胞有氧糖酵解被称为瓦伯格(War-burg)效应.单羧酸转运蛋白(monocarboxylate transporters,MCTs)负责在细胞内外转运乳酸,从而成为酵解的关键分子.其中MCT1和MCT4是两种在生理和病理状态下主要调节乳酸转运的蛋白.已有多项研究证实了MCT1和MCT4在多种类型的肿瘤中呈现高表达状态,并且与肿瘤细胞的恶性程度及其预后呈正相关.抑制MCT1和MCT4的表达可以抑制肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭和迁移,因此MCT1和MCT4逐渐成为肿瘤靶向治疗的潜在靶点.本文针对MCT1和MC
