目的 :抓好基层部队卫生机构规范化建设 ,不断提高为部队服务的质量 ,保障官兵身体健康。方法 :依据总后勤部颁发的《部队卫生机构建设和工作标准》 ,以抓卫生队全面建设为突破口 ,带动基层部队“四级”卫生机构正规化建设。采取边调查研究 ,边总结经验的方法。结果 :通过抓基层部队卫生机构规范化建设 ,健全了功能科室 ,改善了就医条件 ;完善了管理制度 ,规范了就医秩序 ;理顺了保障关系 ,提高了服务保障质量 ;较好地解决了官兵看病吃药住院问题 ,有力地保障了官兵身体健康 ,提高了部队战斗力。结论 :在实际工作中总结出来的体会与建议 ,对指导部队卫生机构全面建设 ,更好地为部队服务有指导意义。
Objective: To grasp well the standardization of the grass-roots units’ health institutions, constantly improve the quality of their service and ensure the health of officers and men. Methods: According to the “Standards and Guidelines for the Establishment and Work of Military Health Organs” issued by the General Logistics Department, the all-round construction of the health team was taken as a breakthrough to promote the formalization of the “four-level” health institutions at grassroots units. Take the side of the investigation and study, while summarizing the experience of the method. Results: Through the standardization of grass-roots unit health institutions, the functional departments were improved and the medical conditions were improved. The management system was improved and the order of seeking medical treatment was standardized. The protection of relationships was improved and the quality of service support was improved. Hospitalization of medicine, effectively protect the health of officers and men, improve the combat effectiveness of troops. Conclusion: The experiences and suggestions summarized in the practical work are of guiding significance to the overall construction of the health units of the guiding forces and the better service to the troops.
