立式光学计是长度计量中使用较普遍的一种仪器,但使这种仪器工作台(带四个调整螺钉的)与测量轴线相垂直的调整工作,较为困难。本文就这一问题谈一些粗浅的体会。一、调整原理现将调整原理简述如下。从图1中可看出,工作台底下的接触面是环形平面,而工作台的支承面是个环形倾斜面。若旋出C螺钉,旋进D螺钉,则工作台将沿着倾斜面由右方向左方移动。即工作台面右方升高,左方降低。若旋出D螺钉,旋进C螺钉,则反之。同理,若旋转AB向螺钉,即可调节AB向工作台面的倾斜度。就这样,四个螺钉能将工作台沿着环形倾斜面前后左右移动。
