“郡县治,天下安”。古往今来,县域经济的发展都倍受国家重视。在全面建设小康社会的今天,发展壮大县域经济,是解决“三农”问题,实现农业增效、农民增收、农村稳定的重要途径:是统筹城乡发展,增强地方经济实力,巩固整个国民经济基础的重要举措。石柱作为重庆市唯一集少数民族县、三峡库区淹没县和国家扶贫重点县于一体的特殊县,如何加快县域经济的大发展,这是一个值得认真研究的重要课题。
“County government, the world security ”. Since ancient times, the development of county economy are much valued by the state. In an all-round way of building a moderately prosperous society, the development and expansion of the county economy is an important way to solve the “three rural issues” and achieve agricultural synergy, increase farmers’ income and rural stability. It is an important way to balance urban and rural development, enhance the local economic strength and consolidate the entire national Economic initiatives important move. As the only special county in Chongqing which is the only minority county in Chongqing, inundated by the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and key counties in poverty alleviation in the country, how to speed up the great development of county economy is an important topic deserving to be seriously studied.
