本文以1953-1957年间的河南唐河县为中心,对粮食统购统销政策实施初期在农村地区的推行方式进行了系统的考察。从总体上看,粮食统购统销制度在基层的运作是以“全党动员,全力以赴”的方式得以推行的。在具体实施的过程中,开展“运动”是其得以推行的重要形式。而“运动”中的政治动员方式则是多种多样的。
