世界卫生组织提出“健康不仅是指身体没有疾病,而且是身体上,心理上和社会上的完好状态。”由此可见,健康包含着身心两个方面。人的身体和心理有密切的关系,健康的心理寓于健康的身体,心理不健康则会导致身体异常甚至患病。过去那种重身体,轻心理的体育教学观念是不全面的。未来人才不仅要掌握现代化的科学技术,具有较全面的能力,而且要有强健的体魄、健全的人格、健康的心理素质。智力发展、品德培养和综合素质的提高;创新意识、竞争能力、自主人格、适应能力的形成和发展都要受心理素质的影响。因此,在小学的体育教学中有效的开展心理健康教育,是教育工作者的一项新课题。
The World Health Organization put forward that “health means not only the body without disease, but also the physical, psychological and social integrity.” Thus, health involves both physical and mental aspects. People’s body and mind are closely related to a healthy mental health in a healthy body, mental illness can lead to abnormal or even sick. In the past that kind of physical, mental attitude of teaching is not comprehensive. Future talents not only have to master the modern science and technology, have a more comprehensive ability, but also have a strong physique, a sound personality, healthy psychological quality. Mental development, moral development and overall quality improvement; innovation awareness, competitiveness, self-personality, ability to adapt to the formation and development are subject to psychological quality. Therefore, it is a new task for educators to carry out mental health education effectively in PE teaching in primary schools.
