长非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lnc RNA)是长度大于200 nt,因缺少完整的阅读编码框而不编码蛋白质的一种功能性分子。
Long noncoding RNA (lnc RNA) is a functional molecule that is longer than 200 nt and does not encode a protein due to the lack of a complete reading frame. The study found that long non-coding RNA in many tumor occurrence and development play an important role. It has been reported that in colorectal cancer cells, the expression of a large number of long non-coding RNAs is significantly different from that of normal cells and is functionally inhibited or promoted by cancer. It is widely involved in the metastasis of colorectal cancer cells, Non-coding RNA can even serve as a potential marker for the diagnosis or prognosis of colorectal cancer and the target of therapy. This article reviews the long non-coding RNAs that play an important role in tumorigenesis and carcinogenesis in the development of colorectal cancer and discuss their function and regulation in colorectal cancer.
