《讲话》发表时,我是在山东根据地。当时延安对山东很重视,山东的金矿所生产的黄金,通过秘密部队送到延安。所以《讲话》很快就送到了山东。当时我在司令部负一定的责任,比一般的同志早一点知道。那时我是部队干部,同时还兼管胶东文化协会的工作,《讲话》是经我传达并组织学习的。胶东区党委对《讲话》的学习非常重视,集中学习了两个月。那时的学习还是非常认真的,真正做到了领会精神实质。
