4-喹诺酮(4-quinolone)衍生物作为合成抗菌剂已有廿余年历史,迄今传至以氟哌酸为起始品种的第三代,即所谓氟代喹诺酮(Fluoro-quinolones)。喹诺酮类(Quinolones)抗菌剂之所以倍受青睐,其根本原因在于它的口服有效性,作用机制的特殊性,副反应小,潜在活性高等突出优点。此外,对质粒传递的耐药性不敏感;对4 quinolone有耐药性的染色体生化变株有不同程度的活性。新一代喹诺酮抗革氏阴性菌与阳性菌的范围和活性较之前两代均有明显的扩展与强化,阳性菌扩大到葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌;阴性菌延伸至流感嗜血杆菌、绿脓杆菌、沙雷氏菌以及柠
