今年全省的农业生产任务是在继续加强抗美援朝斗争,开始国家大规模经济建设和迎接全国普选三大中心任务要求下确定的,这是一项极艰巨和光荣的任务。因此,我省各县、区、村人民政府、所有农村工作干部和全省广大农民,必须立即紧张地行动起来,以百倍的努力,集中足够的人力、物力搞好当前群众性的春耕准备工作。目前农村的中心工作,一个是支持抗美援朝的鬥争,一个是加强准备春耕,其它工作都必须以此为中心来结合进行。目前春耕准备工作已进入紧张的阶段,尤其是今年春脖子短,开犁要早,各级人民政府必须组织力量深入农村发动群众,认真贯彻二月中共黑龙江省委农村工作会议精神,实际做好春耕准备工作,为保证完成与超过今年我省农业生产计划五百六十五万吨粮食任务而奋斗。
