2014年以来,江苏销售南京分公司紧扣三个环节,实现量效平衡增长。在当前油品供应趋于饱和,竞争空间狭隘偏窄的不利形势下,怎样才能保持销售平稳增长?中国石油江苏销售南京分公司紧盯量效平衡,紧扣“市场信息的采集和分析、销量和效益的平衡测算、后期效果的评价和调整”三个环节,准确把握和判断市场预期,有的放矢做好各项经营管理工作。截至今年4月底,分公司实现油品总销量较去年同期相比增加1.66万吨,增幅为11.6%,纯枪销售相比增加0.53万吨,增幅为5%,单站日销量同期相比增加1.2吨,增幅为7%。人均纯枪销量与同期相比增加0.5吨,增幅为1%。
