农业是利用动植物的生物机能,通过人工培育而取得产品的社会生产部门。在农业生产及其农产品加工过程中,形成了目前还不能直接利用的大量废弃物和简单利用的副产品,而且随着农业生产的发展,农业废弃物和副产品不断增加,对农业生态环境造成危害。因此,深入研究农业废弃物资源的开发利用,对解决目前人口不断增长与人均资源不足的矛盾,获得足够的生活资料,具有重要的现实意义。
Agriculture is a social production department that takes advantage of the biological functions of animals and plants and acquires products through artificial cultivation. In the process of agricultural production and processing of agricultural products, a large amount of wastes that can not be used directly and by-products of simple utilization have been formed. With the development of agricultural production, agricultural wastes and by-products have been increasing, which is harmful to the agro-ecological environment. Therefore, in-depth study on the development and utilization of agricultural waste resources has an important practical significance for solving the current contradiction between population growth and per-capita resource shortage and obtaining sufficient living resources.
