目的:观察关节镜微创术后合用中药外用熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:对60例早、中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者,采用关节镜微创术后合用中药外用熏洗的治疗方法,并进行临床疗效评价。结果:缓解18例,显效30例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率为95.0%。奎森指数由治疗前(12.13±1.88)分,治疗后降为(3.60±1.10)分,治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:关节镜微创术后合用中药外用熏洗治疗早中期膝骨关节炎有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages were treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: 18 cases were alleviated, 30 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 95.0%. The Quetzalten index before treatment (12.13 ± 1.88) points, after treatment decreased to (3.60 ± 1.10) points, before and after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early and mid term has a good effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
